Yet another successful presentation by Tech-Four held on Tuesday 23rd September in the Hotel Almenara Golf located in Sotogrande. Crowds gathered in anticipation of the fantastic new technologies unveiled. Standing room only, the eager IT directors and other IT business related people gathered to hear presentations by Plush and Tech-Four. Luis Rivera, one of the Tech-Four members, presented a 15 minute speech which provided ample opportunity to really inform the IT community about the great products that Tech-Four offer.

The company Tech-Four I+D´s services will encourage new generation of Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 which will be used to "strengthen the business fabric of our region and turn it into one of the most advanced in Europe", underlined the provincial delegate of innovation , Science and Enterprise, Pilar Serrano.

The Managing Director of the company, Guillermo Rubi, assured that these services are "still little known in Spain, but they are revolutionizing the market in some European countries and the United States."

Rubi explained that this is a professional management system with access from the corporate sites, with private areas for all customers, suppliers and employees of the organization itself. Thus, he said, "everyone can participate actively publishing and sharing information, creating communities that have a direct bearing on improving the quality of products and services."

"These systems automate most of the processes, dramatically improving the efficiency of organizations, and displaying all the avalanche of information recorded in the form of reports smart," said Rubi.

For her part, Pilar Serrano highlighted the use of innovation in the processes of corporate government and noted that "thanks to new technology, these systems are also available to small and medium enterprises, so that everyone can benefit from them. "

c) You can build a web site based on components, just copying and pasting a code, like videos, weather icons or content from another site.

Tech-Four Call Centre Deployment

Tech-Four launched its newest call centre in the main offices of Andalucian Dream Homes last month. Using customized switchboard software and hardware, the renowned real-estate company made the leap from their existing Panasonic hardware based switchboard, to the new software based industry standard platform called Asterisk.

As a real-estate company in southern Spain, the call center in Andalucian Dream Homes is an essential revenue source and as such the demands from its team of Telemarketers require a communications system which is powerful as well as versatile. Functions such as incoming and outgoing recording of all calls from its call centre was a necessity and as such Tech-Four provided the necessary functions to store and retrieve all these recording with ease. Statistical tracking of call centre performance was also a requirement for the operation of ADH’s telemarketing division and with Tech-Four’s standardized graphical and textual reports, all necessary call statistics were accessible with ease.

Tech-Four’s efficient and professional team deployed and configured the new switchboard over the period of two days and met all the demands of the existing switchboard system as well as deploying all the new facilities to improve the efficiency of ADH’s frontline call centre.

Tech-Four are in the running again for an award. On this ocassion Tech-Four have been entered into the Young Entrepreneur Prize which is for companies in the Málaga province. 17 companies are in the competitionn and the results are to be announced on Thursday 10th April 2008.

Award for business innovation. The Board of Andalusia allocated a batch of 215,000 euros to four companies in Marbella with creative projects-cultural, among the nine proposals adopted by the Administration in the Andalusian province. Extra Pets Magazine Marketing Olfativo, Noguays and Tertulia Andalusian marbellíes are entities that can take off through this incentive system, implemented since the Andalusian Government last year to boost the potential of sectors such and technological base .

Directed to the pet owners, the new publishing bilingual format magazine, Extra Pets Magazine, has received 55,000 euros to develop a proposal accessible to the eclectic population of Marbella. For his part, the smell will win ground in an organization dedicated to the study of aromas and its impact on the purchasing decision of the customer and the performance of its employees, Marketing Olfativo. On this occasion, the Board has granted a total of 50,000 euros.

Variety

A portal entertainment and magazine sales at the kiosks. Those are the two main advantages of Noguays, encouraged project with 50,000 euros, which aims for the production and dissemination of cartoons for the smallest of the house. The business idea with greater economic strength, 60,000 euros, is a bilingual magazine on-line and the peculiarities of Andalusia, which includes news reports, sections of art and science, practical information for foreigners, as well as a calendar of events prepared by artists, residents and travellers. Tertulia Andaluza will certainly be an interesting bet to discover 'in situ' qualities of the region.

For its part, the other five projects approved in Malaga relate to the area of technology and creative culture. The first are the proposals for Disgreen Andalusia and Tech-Four, while Kalida Productions, Cholo Design and Escuchalibros betting on the audiovisual sector, fashion and literature, respectively. In total, 19 projects throughout the Autonomous Region for which has been earmarked 944,000 euros through credit participatory.

Tech-Four - The word is spreading!

A company specializing in new information technology and is located in the Technology Park of Andalusia, Malaga, has developed a new system for managing content via the Internet for specific businesses in the British colony located in Andalusia.

This initiative provides a multilingual system to control all the processes that are taking place in the company since it captures a new customer until it is integrated into its database, so that the process is executed automatically without having to pass for individual departments.

The fact that this application appears in various languages allows entrepreneurs to work with different companies worldwide, and directing users to the software on-line, explained to Efe William Ruby, general manager of Tech-Four, company that has this system created.

Ruby said that thanks to the multilingual format any worker, regardless of the language in which it expresses itself, can access a job in the companies in this sector, 'when it favors employees who are highly qualified Andalusian , but who are not bilingual.

'The English market is very strong in Andalusia, especially in the Costa del Sol, and is a very tight market and the real estate with limited technological resources', has pointed Luis Rivera, manager of R & D at the company.

Thus, Tech-Four, which has worked since December, has already managed to work with clients in various parts of the world such as Dubai, Egypt, Turkey and Portugal.
