Tech-Four Call Centre Deployment
Tech-Four launched its newest call centre in the main offices of Andalucian Dream Homes last month. Using customized switchboard software and hardware, the renowned real-estate company made the leap from their existing Panasonic hardware based switchboard, to the new software based industry standard platform called Asterisk.
As a real-estate company in southern Spain, the call center in Andalucian Dream Homes is an essential revenue source and as such the demands from its team of Telemarketers require a communications system which is powerful as well as versatile. Functions such as incoming and outgoing recording of all calls from its call centre was a necessity and as such Tech-Four provided the necessary functions to store and retrieve all these recording with ease. Statistical tracking of call centre performance was also a requirement for the operation of ADH’s telemarketing division and with Tech-Four’s standardized graphical and textual reports, all necessary call statistics were accessible with ease.
